I recently stayed at The Woodmans Airport Boardinghouse for a Christmas getaway with a friend. The apartment was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 3 km from Dusseldorf International Airport. We were greeted with a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch after our journey. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as shown in the pictures. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a tea/coffee maker, stovetop, and electric kettle. The bathroom was spotless, with a huge shower and complimentary toiletries that smelled amazing. One of the highlights was the free private parking, making it convenient for us as we had our own car. The terrace offered lovely city views, and we enjoyed sipping coffee there in the mornings. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the comfortable beds and pillows made us feel at home.Although the location was a bit far from central Düsseldorf, it suited our need for a quiet retreat perfectly. We made use of the grocery shopping service and cooked some meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
